The Problem: Communication is strained. Silos are forming. Your team shows up, but they are not really present. You know they are capable of more.
The Solution: Our team building and strengthening excercises use improv techniques to rebuild trust, improve listening, and create psychological safety. Whether it's a half-day workshop or ongoing initiative, we meet your team where they are.
What this looks like:
Team building workshops (half-day or full-day)
Trust and communication exercises
Custom experiences based on your team's specific challenges
Our team-building workshop is a highly interactive workshop where a facilitator guides your team through improv-based exercises to help team members communicate and work together.
Our listening for collaboration workshop challenges the assumption that communication is about speaking. Through improv-based exercises, participants learn to listen aggressively—not just to words, but to physical cues, tone, body language, and all the unspoken offers in the room. Teams discover that true collaboration begins when everyone stops waiting to talk and starts listening to everything.
Our Building Trust workshop uses the art of kintsugi, repairing what's broken with gold, to help teams acknowledge past fractures and rebuild stronger than before. Through hands-on exercises and facilitated discussion, teams learn that healing doesn't mean pretending the break never happened.
Our career preparation workshop is a combination lecture-participation workshop that covers everything from the elevator pitch and resumes to mastering the interview process.
