Audrey has spent more than 25 years in hospitality, from opening restaurants around the world to helping organizations turn training into real leadership. Her career spans independent concepts and global brands, including work with companies such as Chili's Bar & Grill. As a professor at Valencia College’s Walt Disney World Center for Culinary Arts & Hospitality, Audrey focuses on leadership development, training innovation, and helping organizations make service feel human again. She serves on the board of CHART, The Association of Hospitality Trainers, and believes the best hospitality starts with people who feel empowered to create it.
Brittany has over 15 years of engineering and improvisational theatrical experience. She has supported efforts solving large-scale systems and process organizations, supported research and development, and facilitated mentorship and student development on the technical side. Additionally, she has been involved in the theatrical arts in a variety of capacities, supporting community theaters, improvisational theaters, and creative artistic endeavors such as the Village Idiots in Rochester, NY and Verb the Noun, LLC in Orlando, FL. With a focus on intentionality and understanding, Brittany is dedicated to bringing out the best in those around her.
